- Independent handling of the travel help desk.
- Handling ticketing.
- Handling customer queries.
- Co-ordination with internal employees.
- Co-ordination with travel agents to book tickets and check availability.
- Resolve queries regarding ticketing/reservation/tours etc.
- Should be presentable and well groomed.
- Should be fluent in English.
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travelling
- Proven work experience as a travel agent
- Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
