What are my responsibilities?

Siemens Healthineers Dubai is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to join our Customer Service team in Dubai.

As the Customer Service Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping customer satisfaction up by maintaining a high standard and uptime of the equipment.

Specific responsibilities:
  • Keeping scheduled appointments both planned and urgent
  • Ensuring own availability (mobile phone, etc.
  • Communication and support with internal partners and colleagues
  • Taking care of administrative tasks of the job
  • Taking care of tools, measurement equipment, company car, etc.
  • Customer oriented behavior and presentation
  • Adherence to complaint handling, escalation procedure, service reporting structures
  • Responsibility for spare parts process within his/her job including return deliveries
  • Dealing with service/maintenance on a professional level and according to the company's procedures, rules and regulations, and international standards whilst ensuring cost effectiveness
  • Performing maintenance as per a.m. standards while supervising teammates
About you

You will have experience working within a Healthcare environment, with extensive experience within a customer service environment. A strong customer focus is a must.

A BSC of biomedical/Electronics engineering is essential.
