Job Description

In this role you will be working very closely with the various Regional General Managers of Operations. You will reporting directly to the Sr. Vice President of Finance and Administration.

Job Description:
  • To develop, coordinate and implement standard legal, administrative and operational protocols across all remote business structures, whilst being modified in line with relevant country and cultural regulations and customs.
  • Be responsible for the Sales Admin team in Dubai by ensuring there is always enough coverage to cover the Operations 7 days a week.
  • Supporting and providing Training to Dubai Admin team and maintaining Admin responsibilities manual.
  • Implementing and simplifying the process related to Admin tasks in 5 departments i.e Promotional Venue, Sales & Owner Relations, Dubai Telesales, Agents & Operations by working closely with CRM team on the process automation.
  • Assisting HOD’s of the above mentioned departments by providing necessary reports from CRM when requested.
  • Attend to lead source change requests when providing necessary responses.
  • Shared Resource - Act as a shared resource to the Regional Office Leader to assist in the daily operation and longer-term planning of each regional office.
  • Travel - Assist, coordinate and provide oversight through the Regional Office Leader and Corporate Travel to provide assistance in the facilitation of travel for exhibitions and various other regional travel as required.
  • Legal, Financial and Administrative Protocols - Review and recognize the style of operation required in each country coordinating legal, financial and operational functions for the offices’ successful set up and on-going operation.
  • Employee/HR Guidelines - Work alongside business partners, local lawyers, Finance, Director of Human Resources and Payroll and TFG VPs to establish employee requirements in line with local employment law, TFG policies and the necessary structure of the office.
  • PV – Ensure company standards are maintained and contracts are correctly executed with the regional partner.
  • Processes and Procedures - Review and introduce standard operational and administrative processes and procedures across the regional offices.
  • Ongoing support – Keep up to date on changes to local regulations, ensuring the regional offices are operating with business regulations. Coordinate and assist with roll out of company policies and procedures. Provide support to Regional Office HODs in the smooth running of the regional offices.

  • At least 3 year of experience in general management will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in communicating with the management and staff of the company.
  • Ability to assign duties and to manage a team effectively.

  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus.
  • Must be proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
