Marc Ellis are currently working with one of the largest and
most prestigous banking client in the Dubai, UAE on a new and urgent role.

We are seeking for a seasoned and professional Project
Manager to work on a pivotal IT program within the bank. You will be reporting
to a Senior Project Manager, and will be involved with different stakeholders
within the bank.

The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience in
the IT field 2 years of experience in Finance/ Banking Industry 5 years of
experience in Project Management.

Job Content:
Projects are delivered on time, on budget and with the features
and functionality specified by the projects stakeholders:
  • · Facilitate the development and acceptance of the
    Project Objectives and Business Case
  • · Define project scope, goals and deliverables
    that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • · Develop comprehensive project plans that cover
    all project related areas such as scope management, time management, risk
    management, quality management
  • · Develop and manage a project budget that is
    approved by key stakeholders
  • · Manage and control the project in line with
    project and budget plans developed
  • · Execute a successful handover of project outputs
    into the relevant support area of the business

Communication and Reporting:

  • · Set and continuously manage project expectations
    with team members and other stakeholders through the establishment and
    implementation of an effective communication strategy Communicate project risks and issues to
    relevant stakeholders and escalate where appropriate in line with escalation
  • · Estimate the resources and participants needed
    to achieve project goals and track resource hours expended on the project
  • · Provide project Health Reports as directed bythe
    PMO and key stakeholders

Ensures compliance with policies and standards

  • · Adheres to client policies and procedures and the corporate
    Code of Conduct.
  • · Acts in an ethical way when dealing with company
    assets and other people
  • · Ensures personal adherence to workplace health
    and safety requirements and either addresses or brings to managements attention
    when others are in breach of these requirements


Skills Required:

IT background, PMP certified Able to successfully run
projects , manage vendors, business units Cost and budget analysis Exceptional
Planning and Risk Management skills Team Management Time Management Leadership
Coaching & Mentorship.

Conceptual Thinking, Strategic Orientation, Team Leadership,
Analytical Thinking, Innovation, Flexibility, Integrity,Ability to influence
and convince business and IT stakeholders.

Education & Qualification

IT Degree or equivalent working experience Certified Project
Management (PMP/Prince 2)
