The role

Project Manager - High-rise Hospitality

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reporting to the project director.
  • Controlling the delivery of a significant high-rise scheme currently under construction.
  • Managing the overall project management and performance including design management.
  • Working in a client facing role managing the appointment of the direct team and extended professional team of local and international consultants and contractors.
  • Developing the delivery strategy and leading the design management, procurement and execution of the scheme.
  • Ensuring that the highest standards of health and safety are considered as a priority through all stages of the project.
  • Driving all appointed consultants for their actions and deliverables.
The requirements

Your experience, knowledge and skills need to include:
  • At least 10+ years’ experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • High-rise, mixed-use and hotel project experience are essential.
  • International project delivery experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership qualities are essential.
  • Experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders is preferred.
  • Ability to build robust, long term relationships and integrated teams.
  • A degree qualification is essential.
  • Professional memberships are an advantage but are not essential.
